As a therapist and someone outside your daily life, I can work with you to provide an objective, unbiased view of what’s going on. Therapy can uncover the cause of your stress, anxiety or depression, understand how symptoms may relate to a history of trauma or grief, help you find effective coping strategies, set goals and build resilience for your future.

I use a combination of therapy types including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Traumatic Grief Counseling.
